Pablo is a Civil Engineer with a Masters in Management at Construction University of Michigan. 16 years ago, he started Constructora Capital in Bogotå and its surroundings. Since then he has lead Constructora Capital in Bogotå to become one of the largest residential developers. promoting social awareness to his employees and consumers. Pablo is now an industry leader and is also an active member of several related boards.
Pablo is a Civil Engineer who holds a Masters in Finance. With an extensive background in real estate development spanning 20 years, he has worked in both commercial and residential sectors. Prior to his current role as CEO of CONTINUA, Pablo served as the head of the development team at Crupo Exito, the largest retailer in Colombia, for nearly a decade. Since 2017, he has been fulfilling the role of CEO at Activos Capital, a subsidiary of the largest residential development company in Colombia. Throughout his tenure, Pablo has been instrumental in solidifying the long-term standing of the group.
Carolina, a Civil Engineer holding a Masters in Engineering and Real Estate Regulation, possesses 12 years of experience in real estate development, specializing in both for sale and for rent projects. Before assuming her role as Project Manager, Carolina served as the COO of Activos Capital, where she not only oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company but also played a pivotal role in driving its growth.
Diana, architect holding a masters in Architecture. She joined the group 12 years ago. Diana has led the architectural process of more tha 4.000 mutifamily unit within projects at Constructora and more than 300.000 sqf of mixed used projects at Activos Capital during the past 10 years. She is now playing an important role in Continua Developments aggregating her seasoned experience in the industry to the local technical teams of the projects.
Oswaldo is a seasoned Project Manager with a Master’s in Civil Engineering and specialized training in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Florida. With over 8 years of industry experience, Oswaldo has played a key role in overseeing and delivering complex construction projects. Oswaldo embodies our commitment to excellence and meticulous project delivery. With a sharp focus on quality and efficiency, he contributes that every project is executed with precision and meets the highest industry standards.
